Please join us for Friday Night Lights, an effort to get out into our communities and show that even though we have to be “socially distant,” we are all in this together. Every Friday evening throughout summer, we will be driving through subdivisions in our district with our emergency lights on. We invite everyone to come out to your front porch with flashlights, have your kids watch through the window, or flash your porch light. Whatever you choose to do, it’s our way of signaling to each other that we are here, we are strong, and we will win this fight!
An important note: some streets that are dead-ends are difficult because we can’t turn around, we have to back all the way out to the main road. For this reason, if you live on one of those streets or have a very long driveway, you may want to hop in your car and drive to one of the main roads. Please remember to adhere to social distancing guidelines, but be aware we may not travel down every street.
Here is the schedule for Friday, May 1. Times are approximate; we will do our best to meet them but might be slightly earlier or later….just listen, though, and you will hear us 😁
