Fire Report Record Request
You may request a copy of a fire report by filling out the application below and returning to our administrative offices. There is a $10.00 fee associated with each fire report request. Fees may be paid by cash, check, money order, or credit card (individuals paying by credit card will also pay a $3.00 processing fee). Once we have received the completed application and payment,
it can take approximately 48 hours for the request to be processed.
